I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and a nice size, but the natural light coming through the gaps in the sliding door bothered me a bit. The service was top-notch, from Karen's helpful correspondence to Vanessa at check-in. The location was great for exploring the tourist area, with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was enjoyable at Café Kitchen. The facilities were good overall, but some improvements could elevate the experience.
